Tracy Paulsen

Tracy Paulsen is the founder of Rightful Legal, P.C. and a Massachusetts personal injury lawyer with an office in Attleboro. Ms. Paulsen earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2009. She also received a B.A. from the University of Virginia, where she studied Environmental Science and Anthropology. During law school, she received the Jurisprudence Award for Environmental Law. Her academic background supports her ability to understand injury claims involving medical issues, environmental harm, corporate conduct, and the broader impact that negligence can have on individuals, families, and communities.

Ms. Paulsen has nearly two decades of legal experience and has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts since 2009. Earlier in her career, she worked on matters involving insurance companies and large corporate interests, giving her insight into how claims may be reviewed, challenged, delayed, or undervalued. Her current practice includes traditional personal injury claims as well as asbestos and mesothelioma cases, nursing home abuse matters, toxic torts, dangerous product claims, and environmental contamination cases.
