Traci Weiss

Traci Weiss is a distinguished family law attorney with over 20 years of experience in Atlanta, Georgia. She has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation, specializing in family law.

Her practice areas include divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, paternity, legitimation, annulment, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and enforcement or modification of court orders. Traci founded Weiss Family Law after nearly two decades at prominent Atlanta law firms, including Warner Bates and Drew, Eckl & Farnham, LLP, to provide honest, client-centered legal representation.

Traci earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. During law school, she participated in the Moot Court Society and Order of Advocates and served on the Honor Court and its Court of Appeals. She completed her undergraduate studies at Binghamton University (SUNY), earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history.
