Tony Atterbury

Tony Atterbury has been advocating for clients in civil litigation matters since 2001, focusing on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and complex litigation. Tony earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in chemistry and a minor in mathematics from Friends University in 1998. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude from Washburn University School of Law in 2001.

Tony is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. His legal background includes service on the Bench Bar Committee for the District of Kansas and active participation in the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors. He has also been involved with the Wichita Bar Association, contributing to the Civil Practice and Ethics committees.

Tony previously practiced in aviation law, criminal defense, environmental law, and oil and gas law before focusing on personal injury cases. His professional service includes roles on the YMCA Advisory Board, Ronald McDonald Charity Committee, and Downtown Y’s Men Association. He also co-authored the Kansas Annual Survey on Oil and Gas Law from 2010 to 2014.
