Tonna Faxon

Tonna Faxon is the Managing Partner of TKF Law in Newberg, Oregon, and a Partner with Evangeline Fisher Grossman Law in Claremont, California. She advises individuals, business owners, and policyholders on business transactions, consumer protection, real property matters, estate planning, complex commercial litigation, financial elder abuse, and equine industry matters. Her practice also includes contracts, business formation, regulatory compliance, OLCC licensure, risk management, and litigation for clients with important personal and business concerns.

Ms. Faxon earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law in 1997, where she served as Research Editor of The Urban Lawyer. She received her B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1994. Her legal and communication training supports her work in negotiation, advocacy, client counseling, and practical problem solving across litigation, business, insurance, and estate planning matters.

Ms. Faxon has handled complex litigation and high-stakes transactional matters for nearly three decades. Her experience includes representing homeowners and business owners in fire, water, wind, theft, business interruption, disability, and bad faith insurance claims. She has served as co-lead class counsel in matters involving major insurers and trustees, and she has represented Olympic and World Equestrian Games team members in contracts, business counseling, administrative defense, and litigation.

Tonna Faxon is recognized for combining sophisticated legal experience with practical, community-focused counsel. She has held leadership roles with the American Bar Association consumer litigation and class action committees, the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates, the Chehalem Valley Chamber of Commerce, First Federal Savings and Loan, and equestrian organizations.
