Tonilynn Savage

Tonilynn Savage is a dedicated family law lawyer who helps clients through difficult legal matters with care and skill. Her practice at Savage Family Law covers family law, including divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, property division, relocation actions, and spousal maintenance. She is known for handling complex family law issues and working toward outcomes clients can accept and understand. She brings a thoughtful, steady approach to each case and supports families during major life changes with clear guidance, strong advocacy, and practical legal solutions in court.

Tonilynn earned her A.A.S. from Mount Hood Community College in 2006, followed by a B.S. from Kaplan University in 2012. She later earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2016. She also completed 42 hours of CLE at Pepperdine University in 2017 for Mediating the Litigated Case and 52.5 hours of CLE at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2018 for Family Law Trials.

Tonilynn, during and after law school, assisted with and conducted many successful trials, building strong courtroom experience early in her career. She enjoys litigation and works hard to protect her clients’ interests when disputes cannot be resolved through agreement. At the same time, she values a compassionate approach and helps clients seek fair resolutions through mediation when possible. Her ability to balance firm advocacy with practical problem-solving allows her to serve families facing emotionally difficult legal disputes and uncertain decisions.

Tonilynn Savage also serves as a Guardian ad Litem under Title 26 in Yakima and Kittitas County, in addition to representing clients in family law cases. In that role, she helps protect the interests of children and families involved in sensitive legal proceedings. She also provides private consulting on family law matters, offering informed guidance on challenging cases. Through litigation, mediation, and consulting, she has helped many people navigate conflict, understand their rights, and move forward with greater clarity, stability, and confidence.
