Tommy Duck is the founding attorney of Thomas V. Duck III, P.C., Attorney at Law, serving clients throughout Albany, Dougherty County, and surrounding Georgia communities. As a former prosecutor and seasoned trial lawyer, he brings a strong courtroom presence and a results-driven approach to every case. Mr. Duck holds a J.D. from John Marshall Law School. He also earned an M.P.A. with a concentration in Government and a B.S. in Political Science from Columbus State University. This academic background provides him with a strong understanding of legal systems, public administration, and governmental processes, all of which support his work in complex criminal matters.

Mr. Duck has devoted 100% of his practice to litigation. He focuses on criminal defense matters, including federal criminal cases, DUI/DWI, drug charges, sex offenses, and serious traffic violations throughout his legal career.
