Todd Wiseman

Todd graduated from Parkersburg High School and West Virginia University before completing law school at Mississippi College of Law in 1993. Early in his career, Todd served as house counsel for a large insurance company. In that role, he supervised thousands of lawsuits and claims involving the company and its insureds. By 1998, Todd chose to focus on helping people and businesses with claims against insurance companies. He worked for a small local firm that assisted clients when insurers refused to provide help. This shift shaped his practice and strengthened his focus on serving policyholders in insurance claim disputes and litigation.

In 2001, Todd founded Wiseman Law Firm, PLLC. Since then, he has represented only people and businesses with insurance claims. His practice is built on helping clients understand their needs, prepare their claims, and respond when insurance companies refuse to assist or require formal representation in complex claims disputes.

Todd Wiseman is in his 23rd year of operating Wiseman Law Firm, PLLC, focused on insurance claim representation. He applies his experience from both insurer-side work and client-side representation to help people and businesses address claim needs.
