Timothy L. Jackle is an experienced attorney whose practice centers on complex business and property matters. His work spans business law, construction law, corporate law, employment law, real property issues, and land use planning. Through careful analysis and practical guidance, he helps individuals, companies, and organizations address legal challenges and protect long-term interests.
Timothy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Linfield College in 1992, graduating magna cum laude. He later attended the University of Oregon School of Law. In 1998, he received his Juris Doctor and was recognized as a member of the Order of the Coif.
Timothy also contributed to legal scholarship while in law school. He served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Environmental Law & Litigation, where he worked closely with legal research and writing. That experience strengthened his analytical approach and prepared him for complex legal problem-solving.
Timothy focuses much of his work on business and corporate matters, including transactions, governance, and dispute resolution. He also represents clients in construction law and business litigation. His experience with real property and land use planning allows him to guide development projects and resolve regulatory challenges.
Timothy has remained active in professional organizations throughout his career. He served on the State Professional Responsibility Board from 2010 to 2013. Within the Oregon State Bar, he participated in the House of Delegates, contributed to the Business Law Section Executive Committee, and supported several section initiatives.
Timothy has also taken part in civic leadership in the Medford community. He served on the City of Medford Planning Commission for many years, including terms as Vice-Chairman and Chairman. His public service later included membership on the City of Medford City Council from 2013 through 2018.
Timothy L. Jackle continues to guide clients through complex legal matters involving businesses, property, and estates. His work also includes estate planning and estate litigation, helping families and organizations address long-term planning and disputes. He remains committed to thoughtful service, careful analysis, and responsible leadership.
