Timothy J. Herman is a partner at Howry Breen & Herman with more than 40 years of experience as a commercial trial attorney. He represents individuals and companies in complex disputes. He has tried hundreds of cases to verdict, building a strong reputation in commercial litigation.

Timothy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas in 1967. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 1971. His education provided a strong foundation for his long and successful legal career.

Timothy focuses on business and commercial, oil and gas, and real estate litigation. His extensive trial experience enables him to manage complex cases effectively. He has handled matters across Texas and in other states, demonstrating broad legal knowledge.

Timothy is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Texas and in multiple federal courts, including the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. His admissions support his ability to handle cases in various jurisdictions.
