Tim J. Larson

Tim J. Larson has devoted his legal career to helping families plan for the future with care and clarity. He works with clients across Kansas and Oklahoma, providing trusted counsel in estate planning, elder law, and asset protection. Tim earned his undergraduate degree in English from Emporia State University in 1977 and went on to teach high school English before pursuing law. At Washburn University School of Law, he achieved placement in the top ten percent of his class and contributed to the Law Journal. He earned his Juris Doctor in December 1982, concentrating his studies on wills, trusts, probate, taxation, and business law.

He regularly shares his experience as a speaker for attorneys, accountants, and financial professionals, as well as through presentations for the Kansas State University Foundation and financial institutions.
