Thomas Lee Hebl helps clients plan, protect property, and resolve legal issues with steady guidance. As a partner with more than 40 years of experience, he focuses on probate and estate administration, estate planning, elder law, real estate, landlord-tenant law, debtor-creditor matters, contracts, and business organization for clients.

Thomas earned a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1968 and a J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1975. He was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1975, building the foundation for a long practice serving clients across important legal matters with care and purpose.

Thomas is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Dane County Bar Association. His professional experience also includes public service as an elected member of the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1996, where he served four two-year terms while continuing to build broad legal and community knowledge.

Thomas assists clients with probate and estate administration, estate planning, elder law, real estate, landlord-tenant law, debtor-creditor issues, contracts, and business organization. His work helps clients address planning, property, and financial matters with clear legal direction. He also supports clients who need guidance through practical legal steps forward.

Thomas received the Sun Prairie Star Best Attorney Award and Best Politician Award, the Sun Prairie Exchange Club’s Book of Golden Deeds Award in 1999, and the Sun Prairie Rotary Club’s Paul Harris Fellowship Award. He was also named Top Real Estate Attorney by Dane County Attorneys, Madison Magazine.

Thomas Lee Hebl has also served Sun Prairie through the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club, both as former President, as well as the Ambassadors Club, Business and Education Partnership, Civic Theater Endowment Committee, and Library Facilities Committee as Co-Chairman. His work reflects long service to clients and the community.
