Thomas J. Ashenden

Thomas J. Ashenden is a lawyer, and founding attorney at Ashenden & Associates, P.C., focused on personal injury law and wrongful death litigation. He has represented injured clients for more than 40 years in cases involving automobile accidents, trucking collisions, premises liability, medical negligence, inadequate security, and workers’ compensation. His work further includes catastrophic injury claims involving traumatic brain injuries, nursing home abuse, and other serious harm caused by negligence.

Thomas earned his B.A. from United States International University, formerly California Western University. He later attended Woodrow Wilson College of Law in Atlanta, where he received his J.D. His education prepared him for a career centered on civil trial work, personal injury litigation, and representing people harmed by negligent or reckless conduct.

Thomas has substantial experience with tractor-trailer accident litigation and has obtained significant recoveries in trucking cases.
