Thomas A. Allen is a business and venture capital attorney who advises entrepreneurs, startups, venture capital funds, and private equity clients. He has more than 20 years of experience working with companies and investors across technology, life sciences, healthcare, and other industries. His practice focuses on emerging companies, investment funds, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general company representation.
Tom earned his B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University. He later received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. His academic background supports his work in business law, securities matters, financing structures, and fund-related transactions. Tom serves as outside general counsel to private companies at all stages of growth.
