Theodore was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1989 and before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1995. His federal admissions include the U.S. Court of Appeals 6th Circuit, 1995, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Ohio, 1994, and the U.S. District Court Western District of Michigan, 2002, reflecting broad jurisdictional experience.

Theodore focuses his practice on appellate law, real estate development and land use planning, employment law, litigation, and public and government law. He also represents clients in business and collections matters, as well as personal injury, insurance defense, and medical malpractice disputes requiring detailed legal strategy.

Theodore’s career includes leadership roles as managing partner at multiple law practices and service on the City of Medina Charter Review Commission. He has also contributed to legal scholarship through his published work, Avoiding Procedural Problems on Appeal, released by the Ohio Bar Association.
