Terri C. Davis

Terri C. Davis is an attorney and senior vice president at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. who focuses on labor and employment law, litigation, and workers’ compensation matters. With more than 25 years of experience, Terri represents businesses and individuals and advises employers in health care, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, transportation, and logistics. She also chairs the firm’s employment law practice group and helps clients address workplace issues before they develop into costly disputes.

Terri earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa in 1995 with high distinction and served as a member of the Iowa Law Review. She received a B.A. in communications and psychology, summa cum laude, from Western Illinois University in 1989. Her academic background supports a practical approach to legal analysis, workplace communication, and dispute resolution, allowing her to explain complex employment requirements clearly and help clients make informed business decisions.
