Tatyana S. Ustimchuk

Tatyana S. Ustimchuk is the founder of Hub City Law, LLC, and an experienced family law attorney. She represents clients in complex cases, providing clear guidance and strong advocacy while helping individuals navigate difficult legal situations with care and attention.

Tatyana earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Berkeley, earned in 2012. Her education provided a strong foundation in legal analysis and courtroom advocacy.

Tatyana was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2016 and is a member of several professional organizations. These include the South Carolina Bar, the Spartanburg County Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association.

Before founding Hub City Law, LLC, Tatyana worked as an Associate at a law firm in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she focused on family law. She represented clients in divorce and legal separation proceedings, as well as custody matters involving parents and third parties.

Tatyana also handled cases involving the South Carolina Department of Social Services, representing parents in sensitive and complex matters. Her experience in these cases helped her develop a strong understanding of family law issues and the needs of clients facing challenging personal situations.

Earlier in her career, Tatyana served as an assistant solicitor for the Seventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office. She prosecuted a wide range of criminal offenses, including DUI cases, domestic violence, and drug crimes, gaining valuable courtroom experience through contested hearings and trials.

Tatyana S. Ustimchuk brings a focused and practical approach to her legal work. She uses her experience in both prosecution and family law to advocate effectively for her clients, helping them understand their options and work toward the best possible outcomes.
