Suzanne K. Babb

Suzanne K. Babb is a founding attorney at Berry & Babb Law, PC, and a highly accomplished trial and appellate lawyer based in Santa Rosa, California. Suzanne earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served as Senior Executive Editor of the law journal. She also holds a B.A. in Journalism and Spanish from American University. She is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California, and the California Court of Appeals.

Since beginning her law practice in 2005, Suzanne has earned recognition for her success in complex litigation and appellate work. She has successfully brought consumer protection and financial elder abuse cases against brokers, lending institutions, and insurance companies.
