Susan Lustig

Susan Lustig, Esq. is a dedicated California attorney with over 28 years of legal experience, known for her clear and compassionate approach to family law. Susan began her legal career with a strong academic foundation. She earned a Diploma in Criminal Law from the University of Salamanca in Spain, followed by a J.D. as valedictorian of the Santa Barbara College of Law. She later earned an LL.M. in Trial Litigation, graduating magna cum laude, further deepening her courtroom expertise.

Susan previously served as the Administrative Director of the Attorney General Alliance’s Alliance Partnership. In this role, she led international justice reform programs, training thousands of prosecutors and forensic experts in Mexico and Africa. She is fluent in Spanish and holds certification from the Mexican government to teach its reformed criminal justice system.

Susan transitioned to full-time family law practice in 2021, applying her international litigation experience to deeply personal legal challenges.
