Susan L. Elkouri

Susan L. Elkouri is a partner at Elkouri Heath, PLC and an experienced family law trial attorney. Her practice focuses on divorce, child support, parent relocation, mediation, and collaborative divorce. She brings more than two decades of experience guiding clients through complex family law matters with clarity and professionalism.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1991. She later received her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School in 1994. She is licensed to practice in Michigan courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Susan has practiced divorce and family law for over 23 years and is both a certified Collaborative Divorce Law practitioner and a certified mediator. She regularly represents clients in negotiation and litigation, helping families resolve disputes efficiently while protecting legal rights and long-term interests throughout the divorce process.
