Steven W. Pittman

Steven W. Pittman is a Hernando attorney who represents clients in several legal matters. His practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, criminal defense, civil litigation, wills, and estates. Steven earned his Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi State University in 1989. He received his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in 1994. He was admitted to the Mississippi and Tennessee Bars in 1995. His federal admissions include District Courts in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas, along with the Fifth and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Steven began his career under Attorney L. Anthony “Tony” Deal in Memphis, where he practiced for six years. He opened his own practice in Memphis in 2001 and later continued his legal work in Hernando in 2005. His injury work has produced several settlements exceeding one million dollars for clients. His courtroom background also helps him evaluate evidence, damages, defenses, and litigation risks before recommending a strategy.

Steven W. Pittman has received recognition from the National Trial Lawyers and Super Lawyers, and he remains active in the legal community. He was selected to Super Lawyers in 2015, 2016, and 2020.
