Steven W. Blake is the firm founder and managing attorney of Blake Law Firm, with offices in Encinitas and Irvine, California. Steve focuses on real estate transactions and litigation for property owners, investors, managers, developers, lenders, purchasers, sellers, brokers, escrow and title companies, lessors, and lessees. His practice includes commercial and residential real estate matters, trials, appeals, leases, acquisitions, and disputes involving property rights.

Steve earned a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He also received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.
