About
Steven Titus is a criminal defense and personal injury attorney who founded his law firm in Gillette, Wyoming. He represents people facing criminal charges and clients injured through another party’s fault. His practice combines criminal defense with personal injury representation, including matters involving serious accidents and wrongful death. Titus earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2014. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with an emphasis on American Political Institutions, from Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2011. His education supports the legal analysis, preparation, and clear communication involved in defending criminal cases and presenting injury claims.
Before establishing his firm in 2016, Titus worked at the Office of the Wyoming State Public Defender and later joined a private defense firm. He also served as a summer associate and law clerk at Koncilja & Koncilja, P.C., in Pueblo, Colorado. These roles provided experience with legal research and defense representation. His firm has since expanded from a solo practice to a team serving Wyoming and South Dakota.
