Steven E. Wallace

Steven E. Wallace represents clients in real estate, bankruptcy law, and business law matters across Florida at Wallace Law. He works with individuals, investors, and companies that need practical legal guidance for financial and property decisions. His practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, bankruptcy filings, title matters, and business issues. He is known for providing clear communication and legal support throughout each stage of a case or transaction. He helps clients understand legal options while working toward cost effective solutions for complex matters.

Steven earned his J.D.,cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.A., cum laude, in American Government and Politics from Brandeis University. He graduated cum laude from both institutions and developed strong skills in legal research, writing, and analysis during his studies. While attending Syracuse University College of Law, he served as an Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and participated on the National Tax Moot Court Team. His academic background continues to support his detailed approach when handling legal matters for businesses, property owners, and consumers.

Steven focuses much of his legal practice on real estate law, including residential closings, commercial transactions, title issues, and property related agreements. He is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar and is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, and Texas. He also assists clients with consumer and business bankruptcy matters, helping them address financial challenges and move forward with confidence. His legal work often involves reviewing contracts, resolving transaction issues, and helping clients protect their business and property interests.
