Steve Slough

Steve Slough is a Clayton personal injury lawyer and the founder and managing partner of his own law practice. He represents individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, including car and truck accidents, motorcycle and pedestrian crashes, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability, defective products, dog bites, slip-and-fall claims, and wrongful death. Steve earned a B.A. in Political Science from Bellarmine University and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, he participated in a trial competition, interned with the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney’s Office, and worked at a plaintiff’s law firm. Steve began his legal career working for law firms that defended large corporations in different types of cases. That defense experience gave him insight into how corporations and insurance companies approach lawsuits. In 2015, he opened a practice dedicated to individuals. He now applies that background when preparing personal injury and workers’ compensation claims, evaluating defense strategies, gathering evidence, and pursuing compensation for clients affected by accidents and negligence.
