Stephen M. Fatula is an accomplished attorney who provides dedicated legal guidance in family law, estate planning, and probate matters. Stephen began his academic path at Wesley College, Delaware’s oldest private college, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, graduating magna cum laude with minors in chemistry and biology. While there, he tutored hundreds of students, founded community organizations, and published scholarly work. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, where he participated in the Children’s Justice Clinic and the Mediation Pro Bono Project, representing children and resolving disputes. He further expanded his knowledge by completing an M.B.A. from Rutgers School of Business, strengthening his understanding of business and management principles.
Stephen gained valuable professional experience early in his career with W.L. Gore & Associates, a company recognized by FORTUNE magazine among the “100 Best Companies to Work For.” Following law school, he became legal counsel for The Lumenaris Group, Inc., where he applied his legal and business expertise to support company operations. His diverse background also includes providing services to small and mid-sized law firms as well as to a Fortune 500 corporation, Campbell Soup Company, deepening his understanding of both corporate and individual client needs.
