Stephen L. Heller is the owner and president of Heller & Thyen, P.A., with offices serving clients in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and other communities across the state. He helps individuals seek debt relief and financial stability through bankruptcy and represents injured clients in personal injury matters. His work includes helping clients address financial pressures, insurance issues, negligence claims, and legal matters that affect their long-term recovery.
Heller earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul in 1993. He also received his B.A. from the College of St. Thomas in 1990. His education provided a foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, negotiation, and practical problem solving. This training supports his ability to guide clients through bankruptcy cases, injury claims, financial disputes, and court proceedings with clear advice and careful preparation.
Heller has practiced bankruptcy law for more than 25 years and has helped thousands of clients obtain debt relief.
