Reuben Clark Society. Before law school, she earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2013. She also holds the SHRM-CP credential, which reflects recognized knowledge in human resources practice.

Stephanie has developed her career through leadership and direct legal service. She is a licensed attorney in Utah and a court-rostered mediator in Arizona and Utah. She is also court rostered in Utah for domestic mediations. Her background includes service as former Chief Human Resources Officer at Dynamic Blending Specialists, Inc., and as Founder and Owner of SMJ Law and Mediation. That experience strengthens her work in family, corporate, employment, and mediation matters today.
