Stefan Rozembersky

Stefan Rozembersky is a criminal defense attorney focused on representing clients in state and federal courts. His practice is dedicated entirely to criminal defense, including trial work, appeals-related issues, and cases involving government prosecution. He previously served as a public defender in Brockton Trial Court and worked with the Alternative Commitment and Registration Unit, giving him experience with serious criminal matters and civil commitment proceedings.

Rozembersky earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. He earned his MBA from Pepperdine University. He also completed an International Business Certificate through Oxford University and earned his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law. He graduated from the National Criminal Defense College’s Trial Practice Institute and received trial training through the Committee for Public Counsel Services, strengthening his courtroom preparation, advocacy, and defense strategy skills.

Rozembersky has built his career on defending accused individuals, not prosecuting them. In 2023, he joined the Office of Public Counsel for Defense at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. He is licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
