Sherry Naegele

Sherry Naegele is a Cleveland family law attorney and the founder of Naegele Law Firm. She represents clients in divorce, dissolution, child custody, visitation, child support, and spousal support matters. Her practice also includes domestic violence issues, juvenile court proceedings, and property division. She works with individuals and parents navigating difficult family transitions, helping them understand what legal proceedings may mean for their children, finances, and responsibilities.

Sherry received a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Toledo in 1994 and a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1998. She was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2000. Her legal education and subsequent court service provided practical experience with family law procedure, judicial decision-making, and the rules governing domestic relations cases.

Sherry worked for approximately eleven and a half years as a staff attorney for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. She later worked in private practice before founding her own firm in 2016. She is trained in collaborative law and mediation and contributes to Ohio domestic relations legal publications.

Her background inside the domestic relations court informs how she prepares cases involving children, support obligations, and property.
