Shelly K. All

Shelly K. All is the managing partner of Christensen & All, P.A. in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Her practice focuses on Elder Law, Estate and Trust Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships, and Estate Planning. She began practicing in real estate and probate before joining Christensen & All in 2006. Her current work includes Medicaid planning and legal strategies for clients facing aging, disability, and long-term care concerns.

All earned a B.S. from the University of South Carolina and a J.D. from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. Her legal education supports work involving estates, trusts, public benefits, guardianships, and long-term planning.
