Shelby Habing

Shelby Habing, Esq., is a Jacksonville, Florida elder law lawyer and an Associate Elder Law Attorney at Berg Bryant Elder Law Group, PLLC, who helps individuals and families plan for aging, changing health care law needs, and future decision-making. She also completed an externship in the guardianship division of Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit Court.

Penick, Jr. American Inn of Court while attending law school. She also contributed to a pro bono Wills for Warriors event, where she assisted with preparing and executing basic estate planning documents for veterans and spouses.
