Shameer Soni is a highly respected legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. Shameer has worked on high-value real estate acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development deals across the United States, providing legal guidance to multifamily, hospitality, and retail sector clients.

Shameer earned a BBA and BS from Southern Methodist University in 2005. He then pursued his JD – Juris Doctor from Baylor University in 2008. To strengthen his legal expertise, he later completed an LL.M. from Emory University in 2009. This academic foundation supports his diverse and complex transactional practice.

Shameer’s corporate work covers business formations, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, and roll-ups.
