Sean Quinn

Sean Quinn is the founder of Quinn Law Group, a Philadelphia-based personal injury firm, and a nationally recognized trial attorney. He has extensive experience litigating personal injury and wrongful death cases across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice includes catastrophic injuries, construction accidents, product liability, and complex civil litigation.

Sean Quinn earned his B.A. in Government and History from Franklin & Marshall College in 1997, where he also played championship football. He received his J.D. from Penn State – Dickinson School of Law in 2000 and went on to complete an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy with honors from Temple University School of Law in 2003, where he was named Best Oral Advocate.

Mr. Quinn began his legal career in insurance defense before quickly transitioning to plaintiff advocacy. He found his calling representing injury victims and has since recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He also represents small businesses in high-stakes commercial litigation, demonstrating versatility across legal disciplines.

Mr. Quinn has received numerous accolades, including repeated selections to Super Lawyers in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and honors as a Top 100 Super Lawyer in Philadelphia. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Quinn serves as an arbitrator, mediator, and Judge Pro Tem in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He frequently consults on national cases and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
