Sean earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Before that, he obtained a B.A. from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.

Before joining Clark Hill, he practiced at an AmLaw 200 firm, where he handled high-stakes, high-value matters for corporate clients. Today, Sean is a trusted legal partner to businesses of all sizes, serving as outsourced general counsel or working seamlessly with in-house legal departments to achieve strategic goals. In addition to litigation, he advises on employment law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and estate and business succession planning, offering clients a comprehensive, business-focused legal solution.

Sean is admitted to practice law in Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
