Sean Lew

Sean Lew is an experienced attorney and “citizen lawyer” serving clients throughout Forsyth County and the greater Winston-Salem, North Carolina area. For more than two decades, he has represented small business owners and individuals in a range of legal matters, providing practical guidance, responsive counsel, and effective advocacy tailored to each client’s needs.

Mr. Lew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar. His practice focuses on business law, immigration and naturalization law, traffic law, and representation of uninsured employers. He regularly assists employers facing penalties before the North Carolina Industrial Commission for lack of workers’ compensation insurance and negotiates with the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office to pursue fair and equitable resolutions.

In addition to his state practice, Mr. Lew is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
