Sean Delaney served 28 years as a U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps officer before retiring in 2021 as a lieutenant colonel. His military service included deployments to the Middle East and senior legal advisory roles supporting operational commands. He is admitted in North Carolina and Maryland and before several federal courts.
