Scott Talkov

Scott Talkov is the Founder and Managing Partner of Talkov Law. It is California’s first and largest law firm. It specializes in real estate partition actions. With over 400 successful partition cases handled, Scott leads a team of eight attorneys and eight staff, providing comprehensive legal solutions in co-owned property disputes. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2013, highlighting his exceptional legal expertise and dedication.

Scott graduated cum laude from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He was a member of the Board of Editors for Washington University Law Review.
