Scott Patterson, Esq. serves as Managing Attorney at Montlick Injury Attorneys, where he helps guide clients through difficult and stressful times. With more than two decades of legal experience, he is known for steady leadership, thoughtful advocacy, and a strong commitment to client-focused representation in personal injury matters.
Scott completed his legal education at the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Sociology from The College of William and Mary, building a strong academic foundation for analytical reasoning and legal advocacy.
Scott is licensed to practice in all Georgia state and federal courts and represents clients in a wide range of personal injury cases. His background includes complex litigation at a large law firm, insurance defense work, and many years as a solo practitioner, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the legal process.
In addition to his legal practice, Scott is active in professional organizations and continuing legal education. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Cobb County Bar Association Trial Lawyers Section. He has also presented CLE programs on identifying potential auto product liability cases.
As Managing Attorney, Scott works closely with firm leadership to maintain high standards of legal excellence and ethical care.
