Scott Mongillo

Scott Mongillo is an associate at Bland Richter, LLP in South Carolina. His career therefore combines in-house counsel work, independent practice, complex commercial disputes, and professional liability litigation.

Scott Mongillo is a member of the South Carolina Bar and is admitted to the US District Court for the District of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before law practice, he served as a US Marine Corps officer and later in the reserves. His professional background reflects leadership, corporate counsel experience, and courtroom work across multiple settings. He now applies that experience to the complex civil matters handled by Bland Richter.
