Scott M. Rothman

Scott M. Rothman is a partner at Curley & Rothman, LLC and a highly respected attorney with a strong focus on real estate law, wills and estate administration, and business and contract law. Scott earned his J.D. in Law from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2005. During law school, he was deeply involved in Trial Advocacy, served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and acted as Senior Note and Comment Editor for the Political and Civil Rights Law Review. He was named to the Dean’s List for four semesters and served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable William Mahon of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. He also holds a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan, completed in 1999, graduating with Distinction.

Scott founded the firm’s real estate practice and leads both litigation and transactional matters. He represents clients in residential and commercial real estate disputes, title claims, financing issues, zoning matters, and complex property transactions.
