Scott L. Luedke

Scott L. Luedke is a Michigan criminal defense attorney and Managing Member of Luedke Law Group. He represents clients throughout southeastern Michigan in felony and misdemeanor matters, OWI defense, probation violations, license restoration, and record expungement. His practice focuses on protecting clients’ rights and minimizing legal consequences through strategic advocacy. Scott earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University before pursuing legal studies. He obtained his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and completed additional legal education at American University Washington College of Law. He is admitted to the Michigan Supreme Court, all Michigan state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Before founding his firm, Scott gained experience with a top-ranked private law firm in Silicon Valley and served as an associate with the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington, DC. He also worked with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Ford Motor Company.
