Scott J. Rogers focuses his legal practice on estate planning, probate matters, real estate, and business law. Scott J. Scott earned his B.S., Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude in Accounting and Business Administration from Dana College in 1984. He later earned his J.D., Doctor of Jurisprudence, from Creighton University School of Law in 1987, building the legal foundation that supports his work in complex estate and business matters.

Scott assists clients with preparing wills, establishing trusts, and developing long-term estate plans designed to protect assets and guide future transfers. Scott also handles probate matters, helping families navigate the legal process after a loss while ensuring that estates are administered carefully and in accordance with the law.

Scott also works with individuals and organizations on real estate and business law issues. Scott advises clients on property matters, business concerns, and planning strategies that help reduce disputes and protect financial interests. Scott participates in professional legal organizations connected to estate planning and probate law. Scott is a member of the Real Estate and Trust and Probate sections of the Iowa State Bar Association and is also involved with the Southwest Iowa and Pottawattamie County Bar Associations, as well as the Iowa Academy of Estate and Trust Counsel.

Scott has also taken part in leadership and community service roles through several organizations. Scott has contributed to community initiatives and has served with groups including the Council Bluffs Volunteer Bureau, the Council Bluffs Estate Planning organization, the American Red Cross, and the Leadership Council Bluffs Alumni Association.
