Scott A. Marquis, a highly regarded attorney and shareholder at Marquis Aurbach, has been practicing law since 1997. Mr. Marquis has expertise in real estate, business, corporate law, and litigation. He has represented clients before the Nevada Contractors Board, the Real Estate Commission, and the Ethics Commission.

Mr. Marquis has a strong record in litigation. He won a $3.5 million judgment in a high-profile real estate case. He has also advised on over 100 REALTOR ethics and arbitration hearings as counsel for the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS.
