Sara M. Antol

Sara M. Antol is a Pittsburgh corporate and commercial lawyer who advises businesses on transactions, contracts, governance, securities compliance, and emerging technology matters. Her practice includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business planning, commercial agreements, development and licensing arrangements, private placements, executive compensation programs, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, and general business counseling. She also assists clients with real estate matters involving leases, easements, options, surveys, and title insurance conditions.

Ms. Antol earned a B.S. in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude in 1983.
