Samuel Talley

Samuel Talley is an attorney at Talley, Turner, Stice & Bertman who represents clients across Oklahoma in criminal defense, family law, litigation, and personal injury matters. His practice includes DUI, drug crimes, violent crimes, sex crimes, divorce, child custody, employment disputes, and serious accident claims. Talley serves clients in Norman, Tulsa, and Oklahoma City. Throughout his career, he has helped thousands of Oklahomans navigate difficult legal problems and pursue meaningful legal results in court proceedings.

Talley earned a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. He earned a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and later completed an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy at Temple University Beasley School of Law. His education built a strong foundation in legal analysis, courtroom advocacy, and trial preparation. The advanced trial advocacy program strengthened his ability to develop arguments, examine evidence, and present cases in demanding litigation and courtroom settings.

Talley represents clients in a broad range of disputes, from criminal charges and family conflicts to injury claims and civil litigation. His work includes defending people accused of serious offenses, guiding families through divorce and custody cases, and representing people injured in vehicle accidents during complex legal proceedings. He is admitted before Oklahoma courts, the US Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit, the Western District of Oklahoma, and tribal courts for the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations.

Samuel Talley has earned professional recognition while remaining active in Oklahoma’s legal community. He was selected to Super Lawyers from 2021 through 2025 and to Rising Stars in 2019 and 2020.
