Samuel holds a B.A. from Illinois State University and earned his J.D. from the Claude Pettit College of Law. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio and Kentucky Bar Associations.
Samuel began his legal career as an assistant prosecuting attorney, where he gained valuable trial experience. Transitioning to private practice, he expanded his skillset by advising small businesses on transactional matters, litigation, estate planning, probate administration, and Medicaid planning. This diverse background shaped him into a well-rounded and effective legal strategist.
Samuel’s family law focus deepened during his time at a nationwide firm, where he spent nearly a decade handling high-conflict divorces and child custody disputes. As part of an internal litigation team, he trained fellow attorneys on evidence presentation, cross-examination, and courtroom technique, and also led Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs on complex family law issues.
