Samuel earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont in 1990. He later received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1995. During law school, he served as Co-Director of the Land, Air, and Water Environmental Law Group. His academic training built a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy. This education prepared him to analyze complex legal issues and represent disability claimants with clarity and professionalism throughout his legal career in Maine courts.

Samuel focuses his practice on Social Security Disability Law. He represents individuals who cannot work because of serious medical conditions.
