Samantha attended Harford Day School and later graduated from Garrison Forest School. She earned a B.A. from Tulane University, graduating cum laude. She then obtained her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, she served as Business Editor for the Intellectual Property Law Journal. Her education provided a solid foundation in legal writing, research, and critical thinking that she has used throughout her career.
Samantha has an early legal experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable William O. Carr in the Circuit Court for Harford County. This role gave her direct insight into courtroom procedures and judicial decision-making. She has since built a career focused on family law, helping clients resolve disputes efficiently. She works to reach fair outcomes while reducing conflict where possible. Her courtroom experience allows her to advocate effectively when litigation is necessary.
