Samantha L. Peters is a dedicated trial attorney with Nace Law Group. She focuses her practice on medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, and other negligence claims. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has leveraged her litigation experience and compassionate client advocacy to achieve justice for those harmed by negligent care.
Samantha graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern Maine with a B.S. in Communication in 2011. She earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she was active on the Mock Trial Team and a member of the Public Contract Law Journal member. During law school, she interned with Judge John B. Beliveau and worked as a clerk for prominent D.C. law firms.
Prior to joining Nace Law Group, Samantha served as an Associate Attorney at a Maryland law firm, where she founded and led the firm’s medical malpractice section. She managed every stage of complex cases—from client intake through trial—demonstrating both leadership and deep litigation skills.
Samantha is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court for D.C. She is affiliated with the Maryland Association for Justice, the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., the American Association for Justice, and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
