Sam Denevan

Sam Denevan is an attorney at Legacy Law Firm, P.C. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He advises individuals and families on estate planning, elder law, business planning, and estate administration. His practice includes wills, trusts, asset protection planning, and planning for the legal needs of aging family members. Sam received his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, where he concentrated in Health Law. He previously earned a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. His education in health care and law supports his work with clients considering long-term planning, health-related decisions, and elder law issues. He joined Legacy Law Firm in 2022 after completing his legal studies.

His practice involves drafting wills, establishing trusts, organizing plans for future health care needs, and helping clients consider how their assets and business interests should be handled. Sam also works on probate and trust administration, business organizations and transactions, and business succession planning.
